Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two convenient shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Please check at checkout if we deliver to your region.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We want you to love every Cefinn piece. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Made-to-order pieces (clearly marked in product descriptions)
  • Items marked as final sale in our Signature Edits collection
  • Wedding Guest Looks that have been altered or worn

All returned items must be in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.

How to Return an Item

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request (see template below)
  2. Package Your Items: Securely repackage in original packaging
  3. Ship Your Return: Send to our Newcastle address using a tracked method:

  4. Confirmation: We’ll email you once processed (typically 3-5 business days after receipt)

Exchange Process

For size or color exchanges:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  • If the new item costs more, we’ll invoice the difference
  • For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Processed within 5-7 business days
  • Method: Refunded to your original payment method
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties
