Our Return Policy

We accept returns on most items, with the exception of:

  • Made-to-order pieces (as indicated in product descriptions)
  • Items marked as final sale in our Signature Edits collection
  • Wedding Guest Looks that have been altered or worn

All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.

How to Return an Item

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request (see template below).
  2. Package Your Items: Securely repackage the items in their original packaging.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Newcastle address using a tracked shipping method:

  4. Confirmation: We’ll email you once your return is processed (typically within 3-5 business days of receipt).

Exchange Process

For exchanges of size or color:

  1. Follow the same return process above, clearly stating in your email that you’d like an exchange and specifying the replacement item.
  2. If the new item is of higher value, we’ll invoice you for the difference.
  3. For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining your proof of postage.
