Our Return Policy
We accept returns on most items, with the exception of:
- Made-to-order pieces (as indicated in product descriptions)
- Items marked as final sale in our Signature Edits collection
- Wedding Guest Looks that have been altered or worn
All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.
How to Return an Item
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request (see template below).
- Package Your Items: Securely repackage the items in their original packaging.

Exchange Process
For exchanges of size or color:
- Follow the same return process above, clearly stating in your email that you’d like an exchange and specifying the replacement item.
- If the new item is of higher value, we’ll invoice you for the difference.
- For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

International Returns
For customers outside the UK:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining your proof of postage.
